BULK RAW-PADDY CLEANING MACHINE

WEIGHT BASED TONNAGE MACHINE

Flow meter is a highly versatile weighing system which measures Tonnage and Production for a Batch. This helps to find the efficiency of Milling process from Paddy pre cleaner I/P to Colour sorter O/P. FMFM 060240 used for bulk measurement in silo feeding and discharge. Hence we can measure the remaining quantity inside Silo.

Orange gives you a new efficient packing solution with SAPM S75. Due to its small form factor, it becomes more convenient to fit directly under the hopper and does not occupy more room space. It is height is just 1 foot and 9 inches. So the user doesn't have to keep a separate hopper for the packing machine. It measures weight with the bag, hence the user can avoid the manual bag’s weight entry.

SMALL STONE SEPARATOR

Rice Destoner is one of the secondary stage cleaning processes. Rice destoner remove small stones and impurities. This rice destoner works when the rice is elevated, leading the stones to move backwards towards the exit.

RICE SIZE GRADER

Rotary sifter is designed to separate broken rice depending upon their thickness. Rotary sifter comes with 11 optional screen sizes 1.8, 2.0, 2.5, 2.8, 3.0, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 4.0, 4.2, 4.5.

ABRASIVE STONE POLISHER

Whitener is otherwise known an abrasive polisher. This is a technique used to remove a layer of bran from rice by polishing using rough stones. The rice is gently passed through the abrasion chamber between specific silicon carbide stones and, by this process, the brown rice turns white. The removed bran is collected by the attached external suction blower.

DUST AND SMALL IMPURITIES REMOVER

Used for removing Oversized & Undersized impurities from grain. With an inbuilt aspiration system, the dust accumulated in grain is drastically controlled.

WATER JET POLISHER

Silky polishes the outer surface of the rice with water through a rotating camshaft. Silky polisher comes with an inbuilt water atomizer system that sprays water evenly over rice and passes through a camshaft roller. Due to friction polishing and water mixture, the glazing rice resulted.

STONES SEPARATOR

A Paddy Destoner is a machine which removes stones, sand and clods from grains. Such as rice, paddy and beans. It works with the principle of vibrating an inclined sheet at a specific angle making the heavier particles move upward by giving a negative pressure from above. The suction mechanism removes dust and light weight unwanted particles.

PADDY HUSKER

Sheller is a machine with a compact structure with high efficiency by removing the husk layer which is present on the rice. It works with the concept of Rubber-Grain- Rubber frictional contact, successfully removing the husk without much damage to the grain.

HUSK REMOVER

The husk separator is a machine which helps to separate brown rice, rice husk and dust. Aerodynamically designed structure helps to machine to work to its fullest performance.

PADDY AND RICE SEPARATOR

Paddy Separator Machine is used to separate the brown rice from the paddy that is not be husked, it words according to the difference of specific gravity, granularity and friction coefficient between paddy and brown rice, through the special separating tray to screen the mixture continuously, making it in stratification state.
